Policies

Below are our policies. If at any time you have a question, please refer to our frequently asked questions page or contact us.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal payments. After payment has been made and has CLEARED, we will ship your item back within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). There is a $25.00 fee for any returned checks. Units will not be returned until full payment has been made.

Questions

We can be reached by phone at 814.574.7446 or by email. Our business hours are 9am – 5pm (EST) Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 hours for response by email. If you call our office during closed business hours, please feel free to leave a message, we will return your call during the next business day.

Diagnostics

We offer free diagnostics with the paid repair of your iPod, BlackBerry or gaming console - if you elect not to have the repairs completed, you will be charged a $15 diagnostic fee for iPods and/or your BlackBerry device, and a $25 fee for gaming consoles. Please note that while we are diagnosing/troubleshooting your unit, if we fix the problem (without parts), you will still be charged our labor fee. Sometimes diagnosing requires actually fixing the problem to figure out what the problem originally was. If you have any questions about this, please let us know.

Shipping

You can ship us your package with your choice of a carrier. We STRONGLY encourage sending your bubble wrapped unit in a new, secure box. We are NOT responsible if we do not receive your package and/or it arrives damaged. It is in your best interest to get signature confirmation and insurance to insure that we receive your package on time and unharmed.

We will ship your package back using UPS Ground with tracking and insurance, shipping times vary by location. You can also request overnight shipment for an additional charge. We are NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged shipments.

We do NOT return back broken parts with your fixed unit, unless you specifically request the broken parts at time of service. There is an additional fee for return of broken parts, please contact us for additional details.

Lost Packages

One of our top priorities is to make sure that your package does not get lost. We ship everything UPS Ground with tracking and insurance, unless requested otherwise. If your package does get lost, we will try to help you in anyway that we can, however, we are NOT responsible for lost packages.

Warranty

If we, or any other company, that is NOT the manufacturer works on your unit, your warranty is void. If your item is still under warranty with the manufacturer, you may want to contact them before contacting us for Authorized Warranty repair.

PCQuikFix offers a limited 30-day warranty on all iPod, BlackBerry and Video Game Consoles. Although PCQuikFix will repair your item free of charge within the 30 days, the customer will be responsible for shipping BOTH WAYS for warranty repair.

Legal

We are NOT affiliated with Apple, Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, Dell, HP, Toshiba or Gateway, nor do we represent them or are supported by them in any way. We are an independent service provider for iPods, BlackBerry, computers and video gaming consoles.

Abandoned Items

If after 30 days (from the date we received your item), you have not paid for repairs nor have you returned our phone calls/emails, said property becomes the property of PCQuikFix. The iPod, BlackBerry, computer or video gaming console and/or parts will be considered abandoned.
